iTunes Alternative for iPhone user

I'm locked into using iTunes for Windows to sync music to my iPhone because the default iOS music app works best for me. iTunes isn't bad for that purpose, but as an actual desktop music player, it's shit. Is there any alternative desktop music player that lets me use my iTunes library and edit iTunes playlists? I know MusicBee lets you import your iTunes library, but your playlist edits don't go back to iTunes.

Smartphones got popular and together with apps they worsened the internet and society.

On macOS Swinsian is a fairly good player.
On Windows (which I don't have so take the suggestion with a grain of salt) you could use MediaMonkey (free) for playing music + sync.

I would, but I'm a freak who likes to have local copies of my music. Also listen to a lot of obscure™ music that isn't on streaming, so I'd have to download half of it anyway.

I cannot recommend anyone use alternatives to the built in apps on iPhone. Either buy into the apple ecosystem or get another phone. Apps on the app store extend functionality of the phone but anything attempting to replace an apple feature will be shitty by design. Thats just the apple way.

That sounds so much harder than just ignoring it moron. You must be adhd if you cant handle seeing an ad that takes up less space than your dick.

Do any of these programs actually let you sync with the default music app on an iPhone? Is that possible for a 3rd party app to do?
