Vikings, they tried to conquer England multiple times and even established some realms there, but they failed, they always got kicked out by the Anglo-Saxons (Normans doesn't count as vikings).

Wrong, Danes and Saxons co-existed. The Danes support earls to stay in power.
They descend from Korean colonizers who invaded in the early first millennium AD, but they got lucky that China was dealt the worst possible geographical hand and were given bountiful river systems with steppe and mountains surrounding it and ensuring never ending raids and invasions much like India.
The only other possible threat was Korea again but they had to deal with China and the steppe tribes too. Always crazy to think that despite Japan experiencing no serious outside invasion for 1600 years, it still failed to secure its homeland and didnt push into Hokkaido till after a European power from around the entire globe made it there first, hell they didnt even secure most of their largest island till in the 1600's when northern regions were given semi mythological names because they had zero idea about what went on there lmao
