I want out. What's the best coding language to get my life turned around? I can grind day and night. Please, I just had a son that I need to provide for.

If you have a son to provide for, you need a job while you learn to code. He can't wait for you to be proficient in whatever language you choose. Go get a manual laboring job or work in a shop or some shit while you learn.
>manual laboring
I'm disabled
What about call center work then? It's absolute dogshit, I've done it, but, again, you have a son to provide for.
Admittedly, I am disabled in the sense that I 100% have autism. But that anon isn't me. I don't know why they posed as such.
Every homosexual here says they're autistic. At least once a month someone here says that. have a nice day and your son instead if you're just going to keep complaining about your disabilities online and not going for a job in real life.
I have autism too, I drive a forklift in a warehouse. Industrial wagie labor is well suited to autists, you're usually by yourself most of your shift moving shit around
>I just had a son
>I'm disabled
Geez dude. Really?
You must not be that disabled if you were able to snag a broad in the sack.
>not in a position to support a newborn
>have one anyway
why should we help you, again?
I didn't expect you to be honest. But any advice helps.
listen here op there's alot to learn and you'll definitely feel overwhelmed but the more you do it the more you'll feel that is all meaningless bullshit great things you can achieve but only if you do it every professionally that's why you have to lie you know something and work for free or low wage in any company willing to accept you
>moronic NEET with no money
>makes a baby anyway
Give him for adoption, maybe he'll get lucky, because your kind has no salvation.
this
the kid is definitely not yours lol
No, he is mine.
Absolutely not. Frick off.
You were a NEET for 10 fricking years dude. Trust me, that kid deservers better. Give him for adoption, do it for him, not for you.
If you have a son then do what black girls do and get the government to pay your child support. The more babies the more welfare checks.
>30 yo neet with a kid
I'm 99.9% sure that you're an amerishart. Just get a truck licence or something, they pay well afaik.
I'm going to be honest with you, you cannot waste any more time learning a language now you need to get a job in operations or customer support. Anything that a high school student can do. There is no shame in doing these kinds of jobs. Heck even HR is ok. Find the job and now don't get into bullshit like "I'll find jobs after I learn this".
I'm a little over halfway through the google IT support cert. Just a little more after that is the CompTIA A+. The google cert covers 85% of the CompTIA one. I will then apply for help desk positions. That's my current plan of attack. I am just trying to optimize time by learning how to code in my downtime.
Die.
Jeez man just get welfare money, you'd probably qualify for that shit
>neet
>Please, I just had a son
>I'm disabled
This guy right here. He scored, and you didn't. Think about it, anon.
Shit man. You can't tell me I'm in a better situation. Imagine having a kid while being me.
I'm saying that your situation has to motivate us to do better in both quality and quantity of those done women.
you homosexuals realize that you're replying to a low effort troll thread right? these happen daily on IQfy now because the mods barely moderate here. all of their effort is on fast moving boards during the summer like IQfy, /misc/.
holy shit, people are buttholes here.
OP, try different things in development. Maybe you like web development more like backend development, or vice versa.
Go try out Java for example, a great language for beginners that want to learn the basics.
After you learn the basics, go learn HTML and CSS, and once you dominate that learn JS to add real programming to your website.
You could learn SQL in the way to manage databases, it's super easy. You could also add Python, C#, some JS frameworks (like the super popular React!) to your way.
Learn your way anon, I know this sounds like a lot but if an idiot student like me could learn Java, Python, C, PHP, JS, SQL and more in like 9 months of programming classes you can do it too! And I'm aiming for full-stack, but you don't have to, so don't stress yourself.
Good luck, anon! Turn your life around! Don't give up!
>idiot student like me
> 20yo
> OP
> 30yo
You may not see the difference but it's there.
>old people cannot le learn because....uhm...because they can't...my fav popsci channel told me
>i mean duh they can't use a smartphone
Your comment is funny because I'm 30. Brains hammered with alcohol and other drugs (weed too), lose neurons and connections between them, which results in a memory loss. That and a lesser amount of neurons affects learning abilities for the rest of our life, or actually, for a long enough period that it could be considered as "the rest of our life".
Also
> 30
> old people
GTFO.
>Brains hammered with alcohol and other drugs (weed too)
That's actually your fault. If OP wants to learn how to code you shouldn't be the one stopping him just because of his age or social condition.
You really don't know much else, so don't go comparing your situation to his just to say he should give up
Being 30 is old, gramps.
You can't learn after you have children no matter what age you are imo.
reddit moment.
Thank you. I will break this down bit by bit and research the options here before I commit to a path.
Good for you! And by the way, if people suggest to go for python first, please consider this:
Python has so many things that work differently. It might look the easiest, but then you'll realize that switching to a different language is a little painful, because you're too used to some of its concepts. That's why I suggested Java first (or C#), because they have mostly standard stuff that applies to other languages, and seeing that in your "main" language will be a huge advantage.
I do have a minor base with C#. I pursued gamedev for about a year and a half but I never got past following tutorials to get things done. I was becoming slightly familiar with the documentation before I dropped it. It's been a bit now and I don't really recall all of what I could do with it in unity. Frankly, I have no clue how to use it outside of unity. What even is a .net framework?
I didn't drink or do drugs in the past decade. I just was trying to live an ascetic lifestyle.
>I didn't drink or do drugs in the past decade
You quit by the time you turned 16? 🙂
No. I have never done drugs. I was given the occasional drink from my parents from time to time when I was between the ages of 18-21.
I'm not good at C# or MS languages yet, so I can't explain .NET just yet.
Oh, and one of the sites you can use to learn stuff could be w3schools, perhaps the site that has helped me the most (especially in webdev)
Not sure how helpful it will be for C# but you should check it out
>https://www.w3schools.com/cs/index.php
Also, don't go for a game directly this time. Go learn the basics of the language and OOP (Since Java and C# are good for that), just to understand how the language works. Then you could just go ahead and keep going at your own pace 🙂
And once again, don't be scared of trying new things! You might be interested in gamedev, but then you could be passionate about databases and automations, or websites, or desktop apps on some other language!
Just don't be scared to try things out, anon. And especially, don't give up
Thank you. I'm not giving up. Ever. As long as he breaths, I will have an inextinguishable fire to keep moving. And I will pursue what is likely to make money rather than gamedev. I think I could get gamedev to a hobby level once I have stabilized my life but I can't put my son's future on the line to pursue it.
Yeah, gamedev isn't the best to make money, but you can always do it in a hobby level, as you said 🙂
Best of luck, anon, take care of your son, make yourselves proud of each other.
Cringed hard
I am cringe and I am free.
>neet
>had a son
you fricked up.
the pipeline usually goes:
python / javascript -> java / C# / typescript -> C++
ie.
beginner kiddy scripting languages. simple but weak and bad at building anything of scale. good for diversity hires and hs dropouts -> intermediary level. most office employees are here. good for non tard pajeets / office drones -> c++ white man's programming language. moves mountains, outraces everyone in speed coding competitions, lasts indefinitely with no minimal maintenance.
go is somewhere in between 1st & 2nd levels
rust is mentally deranged trannies doing their own primitive schizo shit without actually producing any software that's been used by anyone in the last 10+ years
the only way out is through a noose
>neet reproducing
lmao holy shit i thought my life was bad
I'm a neet that has a son
