Are you sure? I haven’t been able to get more than a month of uptime on my laptop because of this. Eventually it just krashes. I hoped upgrading from 4 to 5 would fix this but it hasn’t.
>Does it still krash
Yes.
I didn't know what's the deal with all the "krashes" shitposting until I tried a Debian Testing. But, miraculously, all of them were fixed by the time it moved to Stable.
There was a bug on dual monitors in 5.24 where it would cause the Plasma desktop on your secondary monitor to crash and stay black, and right-clicking on it wouldn't bring up the context menu. Was that fixed?
An average KDE user is physically unable to see krashes and bugs because they’re too used to buggy systems.
You can only use KDE if you need a hobby. I cannot imagine people who use a desktop which krashes within 15 minutes of usage have anything to do
Dont you have some dconf editor exclusive settings to mess with or are you strapped for time since finding images in your shitty file picker takes too long

No, I don’t rice. I don’t theme apps. It’s a tinker troony activity for r/unixporn and desktop threads pedohiles.
I use kde for 2 years now It may have crashed once during this epriod of time, And I literally spent mini 8 hours a day on my computer.

That’s a lie. KDE even has a 15 minute bug initiative and there are 70+ 15 minute bugs officially recognised by the devs themselves.
You probably just don’t see them because you are too used to bugs.

private use character. only uses of U+F30D I can find are as alternate code points for some non-english character sets such as the chinkchonk character '㇃' (dunno if it will show up)

No, KDE feels great. >even Windows wonky unfinished shit feels more polished and thought out
Ugh, Windows is bad!

Your argumentation, basically, I tried to level with it.
yeah I couldn't find the picture of my old desktop but it just felt like it was kind of ugly.
Also every time id get a shortcut to programs I'd install on its start menu like htop, midnight commander and neovim and they'd clutter the start menu. I mean gnome has that problem too but its easier to ignore because most of the time I'd just type the program on the search bar.
I recently found out that kde also got funded by google and has the most telemetry so frick that.
Guys guys, KDE is so shit it Krashes and it's full of bugs! what? what distro I'm using? mmmm Debian/Kubuntu LTS, why...?
Every fricking time bonus fricking points if you're using Nvidia
Does it still krash when resuming from sleep?
no

are you using wayland and sddm?
What’s wayland?
the issue you're talking about is known to occur when you combine wayland and sddm

no? then frick you
finally we fixed the bugs gu*Krases*
I love KDE!
Just when you didn't think it was possible, KDE Plasma gets even better.
Just when you didn't think it was possible, gnome gets even worse.
KDE is too unstable for daily use.
I use it every day and call bullshit.

Kde shills in denial. Everytime there’s a KDE update they promise tgey fixed everything but they know it’s a lie.

have a nice day moron
>finally perfection
>Krashes
Why does KDE feel so cheap and budget? Like even Windows wonky unfinished shit feels more polished and thought out.
Gnome is a shit DE and I would never use it, but it does feel premium, in many cases even more so than MacOS with their archaic window management.
Cinnamon is basically Gnome but usable.
XFCE just works, and makes everything else like Mate kinda pointless.
0 design philosophy

the new touchpad gestures feel really good
do they work with x?
Meet the kde lead
It's fine as long as you don't use Wayland, where the entire session crashes after trying to record the screen.
I want to like KDE but it feels like it's trying to be windows 10. It has that same stiff, rigid feeling that I can't put my finger on.
>kde
>rigid
>stiff
turn on wobbly windows then
>finally perfection
Until the next, perfect-er version comes out
We just can't stop winning Khads
>KDE Plasma 5.25 update
>best DE ever. KDE is finally perfection
hello sir, thank you very much, we are glad you like it sir

Is decent RDP now possible now without needing 10Gbps networking or teamviewer?
