Iberians never claimed any pagan roman autism and that's why they're actually superior to the Byzantine, HRE, Ottomans and Russians. The Hispanic empire was the Empire of christ, not of a bunch of degenerate in skirt.

The Heir of the Byzantine Empire, Andreas Palaiologos sold his title of Emperor to Ferdinand II of Aragon so Constantinople is Spanish Clay

America will end up speaking Spanish and being Castizo. Might as well just revive the Empire.

The Spanish are definitely contenders for title of GOAT empire. Being the first to achieve an empire upon which the sun never sets is no mean feat, and their success is such that Anglos and the Dutch seethe about it to this day

I actually consider the Spanish and British empires the true successors to Rome despite (ironically) them never claiming to be, think of how much of a legacy the romans left behind, an entire continent tried to follow their example and emulate them for the next 2 millenia, now think of how much influence the Spanish/British have had, 2 entire continents, save for some Portuguese and French parts adopted their language and parts of their culture, Britain even pretty much turned all of Oceania into it's territory and continues to hold some form of authority over most of its former territories because of the Commonwealth, Spain ruled most of the new world at one point AND half of Europe, they're probably responsible for 75% of all catholics today, THAT is a legacy like the romans, other empires may have been equal in size and power but none have left a legacy like Rome, Spain and Britain
    >what about mongols or ottomans?
most of their former territories speak different languages now and don't really admire/look up to their former imperial masters

British only conquered empty hellholes that they never settled and the rest was bought by a israeli company, they never had a real empire, nevermind a European empire

Wasn't carthage overly reliant on mercenaries and only had a small armed force to defend some of it's cores in africa? Doesn't sound like Britain too me, closest i can think of is local allies among the conquered populaces and things like Hessians

Rome actually brought civilization and infrastructure to places.

Spain demolished existing civilizations and wiped their populations out with germs and built shitholes out of what was left.

Take the christcuck out of the Spanish empire and it would’ve been kino with the combination of Andean polytheism with Greco-Roman religion. VGH WHAT COULD’VE BEEN..
