There's more to it than that, but it's generally a somewhat simple collection of things that he had picked up from other people, so you shouldn't get filtered by the language.

As a second generation trust fundie, it's highly doubtful he will ever do anything. Lil Donnie was a trust fundie from his daddy, and Baron is a trust fundie from Lil' Donnie. He won't do anything. He doesn't understand what it takes to earn money or gain capital. He's like a woman who is born with her beauty and doesn't understand how dating works and puts in zero effort. In that same way, as a second gen trust fundie, Baron will put zero effort into his life.
You see this with the children of the ultra-rich and celebrities all the time. They end up doing absolutely nothing.
I think it could be significant that he came of age at a time where his father was in politics rather than business and media alone. It’s also significant that he is not just a trust fundie. He is a trust fundie with a trust fund that is relentlessly pursued by a legal coalition of activists that want to see him and his family impoverished, in prison, or dead.
