Monaco looks like a fun place. How much do I have to make to live comfortably in Monaco?

€50 million minimum
I've found what OP will look like by the time he can afford to live in Monaco.
would you rather live in an asylum at that age?
He transitioned?
€5 million if you're single, €10 million if you have a family.
It's a fun place to visit, but to actually live there? Frick that. And yeah, you need a lot of money. Took this during my visit in 2013.
>13.5m to live in the gaygio
The more money you have the more likely to become bisexual you are.
It is always the story of Dorian Gray in the end.
All Black folk are gay and on the down low but they're poor. What gives?
I would disagree. Most poor Black folk hate gay blacks and attack them.
It's called self-loathing. Fact is, gay sex is normal to poor blacks because they learn it in prison.
That was the name of the motor scooter in GTA Vice City. Made me chuckle back then.
That's actually a good deal
t. a rich Francais
>gaygio
I will see you there anon
I don't get it, the Testarosa was underpowered for its time. It wasn't a commercial success and is only regarded retroactively by hipster and contrarian car guys who say things like
>it's not about going fast
>it's about the style
Why would you drive a 2 seater mid engined coupe if you didn't want to go fast? This car has sacrificed any practicality on the altar of performance to still be slow.
There are more ways to get a hardon from cars than speed, don't have to be contrarian to align with this notion, style being one of them
it's probably an awful place. think about who your neighbors will be.
successful people and aristocrats? sound peaceful
You realise that there's not many actually living in Monaco right? They purchase properly for tax purposes. It's only busy during F1.
>for tax purposes
you have to actually live there for half the year + 1 day every year to qualify
considering its tiny size real estate is ridiculously expensive for what are today actually quite old buildings
for the money it takes to go there you can go to other tax havens for a fraction of the cost
and dont even think you will actually meet and greet the aristocracy there, they arent gonna mingle with you
>ridiculously expensive for what are today actually quite old buildings
true
>for the money it takes to go there you can go to other tax havens for a fraction of the cost
yes and yield on rental income is only around 1.7-2.4% . but real estate in monaco is basically inflation proof. unlike dubai where it can completely crash.
>they arent gonna mingle with you
kinda true but kinda wrong too. you can catch the curiosity of some of them and if you share the same passion for a topic can become friend.
ALL ADVERTISING, even Testarosa Club, is against board rules.
use fricking google anon
you didn't specify how long, with how many people, what type of residence (cuz a house and an apartment are very different), etc.
do the research yourself, i don't have time for this. I barely have time with my work, checking my cryptos, and vinu specifically, games and gf at the same time
seriously, learn to be more independent and resourceful
