The Iliad. If the Iliad weren’t written, the scientific revolution wouldn’t have happened. But it would have happened without the bible.

    >Holy Bible
    No explaination needed.
    >Summa Theologica
The standard theological and philosophical basis for God's Church.
    >Plato and Aristotle collected
    Basis for Western philosophy.
    >Human Dignity by Mirandollo
The guy created the Rennaissance - I mean come on.
    >Democracy in America
The text on the world's main empire and also a pretty much flawless analysis of aristocracy versus democracy.
    >Shakespeare collected
    The GOAT and legend himself.
    >Illiad and Odyssey
They're utter garbage but hey they're fundamental.
    >Rumi Red Book
Probably the greatest mystical writer ever.
Obligatory Dhammpada, Tao Te Chin, and other Western wisdom literature.

How have none of you morons mentioned the Analects yet? Dao de jing is brought up a bunch of times (Zhuangzi is the more influential Daoist text anyway imo) but Confucius has far more of a reach on the entirety of modern east Asia
