Any recommendations for OSCs compatible with thumbnailing scripts that don't use shared_script_properties? Latest update removed them since they've been deprecated for a while so the custom OSC doesn't work
My personal thumbnailing script uses `mediainfo --inform` for general info, ffmpeg with the scale and drawtext filters for the thumbnails themselves, and gm (graphicsmagick) montage/convert for the final result.
There are probably similar scripts out there in the public.
Not sure about why mpv is needed at all, and what is the connection with OSCs, which probably makes the information provided above useless.
The connection with OSCs is that in most if not all cases of wanting to display thumbnails on the seek bar, a custom OSC with support for that must be used. As stated before, most (from what I have seen) use a property which was removed in the latest update, making them unusable. With the default OSC only, the thumbnails won't display
