I may hate PDF's, but Windows' Print to PDF is more trustworthy with the job than any program-specific implementation I've seen so far.

Bought it used from a company that closed shop for 15 bucks 10 years ago. Stills works and I didn't even have to change the toner once but the ADF will need to be repaired. 2 years ago I had to replace the rolls for the paper feeder because they were worn. It's the best 15 bucks I've ever spent on a printer.

It is a networked laser printer and you can use recycled toner cartridges that you can buy from amazon. I got is used when a local business was replacing all their hardware. It's a champ and just works.
Some frickhuege large canon/ricoh office printer with a billion attachments doing 100 pages a minute that you cant actually buy as a consumer, everything else is a scam, especially hp, never buy an hp

I just buy cheap printers on sale that cost the same that I'd pay for ink, and they I use them until they're out of ink and buy a new one. Ink is more or less never on sale in my area.

I have 3 laserprinters. An older one from Samsung, one from HP and one from Brother and they all work flawlessly. I have no idea why laserprinters always just work and inkjet don't.
