The reservation system crippled Indians by trapping them in rural ghettos and like crabs in a bucket, dragging down any individual who tried to improve the situation. To make matters worse, I watched a vid a few years back about current conditions on the reservations and it's even worse, as young Indians have adopted urban Black culture, with rap "music", droopy pants, etc.

A small correction: "Reservations" are literally that, a legal reservation. The US Federal Government holds the land in trust and gives a reservation to the Tribe for them to use the land however they want. The Tribal government has their own parallel government, with its own parallel Register of Deeds, meaning that while you cannot own Rez land in a US/State court (the land must leave the trust and thus become land governed by a state or the District of Columbia), you can own Rez land in a Tribal court. Basically every Rez that isn't incredibly tiny has their own Register of Deeds and people living on land that they own in Tribal court.
You might be, unknowingly, referring to the situation on the Navajo Reservation. The Navajo tribal government de jure owns all of the land on its Rez (in practice about 90% or so is actually run by the US Federal Government as it's empty desert) and holds it in "collective ownership" (under the theory that the land belongs to the Navajo race), but de facto gives out permanent inheritable leases for $1 per year (which, realistically, is how Fee Simple property ownership off the Rez works anyways). The problem is that everyone is fricking poor so no one can afford to develop homes. To compensate, the Federal Government buys people mobile homes and affixes them to the leased lots.
No the problem is the opposite, they leave and don't come back. There's no jobs on the Rez so anyone of value just fricks off and marries a White because why the frick would you stay on the Rez?

Latinos are about 50-75% white on average. African-Americans are 20-30% white on average. WIth less and less racism in this day and age we are mainly waking up to realize we are by and large one people. I'll leave it to you to decide whether you think purely indigenous people can rise up and start a revolution at this point.
