The major problem with hacker news is that almost none of them are hackers in any real sense, sure some of them can program, but I just saw a comment from somebody who said they love (binutils) assembly since they were ten, but since it isn't used in industry they don't use it.
How much of a fricking cuck do you have to be to give up real hacking and what you love, to do DevOps when programming is a trade that isn't even suited to the indentured servitude we call employment.

I've daily browsed HN for around 10 years now and I've gone from being able to spend hours reading the posts and comments to literally a 2 minute scan and rarely clicking on a link or reading the comments. It's basically become a normie tech news aggregator with low value comments. Unironcally smaller niche tech subreddits and OG individual blogs are better.

Almost never, the comments are the best part but they're a pain to browse, typically I use the search function to know what "more informed" people think on a particular subject.

One useful site I found in there is: https://yahnd.com/books/

It's actually heterosexuals who started the mental illness by practicing recreational sex. Sex is for procreation. Heterosexuals also invented anal sex and oral sex. They always try to pass the blame off onto homosexuals, but any intelligent person can see through their lies.

Some animal species only have sex once in their lives, it lasts less than a minute, and then they die after laying eggs. Heterosexuals will never reach that level of peak efficiency.

How many people "on the global scale" think a man in a dress is a woman?

A man in a dress is still a man. A trans woman is a woman though, no matter what clothes she's wearing.

i only browse it ocassionally, at work. it's one of the few sites i'm comfortable with if somebody catches me, if i used IQfy anyone passing by would notice some anime or worse picture inmediatly. also it's the right amount of good, orange site has at most a few interesting things at any given point so i don't waste too much time in it before going back to work. when i worked from home sometimes i play videogames and it got out of hand too quickly

most every day. and I don't feel bad about it, either. 90% of the time I don't bother with the comments section. I don't like that half the subs are paywalled, though.

    >seem perfectly happy with their situation so it isn't any of the government's business.
Normal people would be happy to shoot homosexuala so we should by this logic
    >I don't believe in forcing health care on people who don't want or need it.
Average moronic no-vaxxer is also a homosexual enabler how surprising
