This is exactly what AI should be used for. Instead of having 20 people do translations you have like two or three people who do translations with AI-assist. They run it through AI then check the work/correct errors. This improves the overall quality and speed of translation, AND cost, by a mile, because now all translations are worked on by the top 10% who should have that job instead of a bunch of mid translators filling out the bench.

I mentioned he should probably try not to have those sorts of conversations in public and was like "Oh yeah I guess that would be upsetting to a lot of people."

Dumbass doesn't know how file sharing VLC and qbbitorrent works. If you wanna be a slave and rely solely on streaming platforms to listen to music, more or less if you need to be hooked up to the internet 24/7 just to listen to a digital music file you're moronic. I like to listen to digital music off the grid; it's super convenient and as much as vinyl CD cassette etc some stuff doesn't get pressed physically or the pressings are dogshit like with 2005's Late Registration OG vinyl dear God. That's when I realized the remaster or CD proved to be superior, or the iTunes master. It's fulfilling and truly a learning experience for audio engineering looking at all possible mediums or formats for a particular release and seeing which is better. Zoomers will never know the true pleasure of playing a smooth jazz cassette with the proper hardware while smoking a Camel. Vaporwave made the whole lo fi aesthetic accessible to Zoomers and they can't understand any of the socioeconomic or political context that makes the reference material so engaging. I'm just an old 2000s era hipster back in the day when you could meet b***hes at a Flaming Lips concert and take acid while playing Mario Kart Wii with naked art ho's painting and kissing each other.

            Anonymous

            >it doesn't care where it comes from
it does. almost all of these cars are manufactured from extremely difficult-to-access electronic components that won't behave and will actively lock-down their domain of responsibility unless there's a fully attested, secured, locked-down communication channel between all individual components that indicate compliance and authenticity. bypassing it in any way locks the entire car down, no interface, no screens, no accelerator/brakes/wheel input, no lights, nothing except a "contact support" message on the dash that can only be reset if you have the multi-thousand dollar tool that communicates with the manufacturer's server to get a vehicle-unique unlock key if it appears to be entirely untampered with. otherwise, get fricked.

Aside from the obvious problems of bricking and warranty voiding, not every device can be "jailbroken" in the first place.
Current technology makes it possible to create a piece of hardware that will only run official cryptographically signed code and that will only work in conjunction with other hardware that can provide a cryptographic proof of authenticity. You're not doing anything without those keys. There's no workaround or hack if the software and hardware is written correctly.

It's only going to get worse.

this is why am buying mac book pros from 2012 to 2015.

Everything in NOT encypted to everything else
      Well built
      Can replace SSD at will
      have spares
      Can run linux/windows/osx at will
I can back up MY own bootable drives and boot from usb using carbon copy cloner
      keyboard is good
in 2012 I can replace ram and slot ing and out battery no glue
ALSO has firewire and ethernet inbuit, basically the most connectivity of any mac
      keyboard is good

      Also I can pick up a MBP 2015 16 gig 1TB for 300$ which is 1/10

      So Ihave 4 2015, 1 2014, 1 2013 in 15 inch

      4 2012's 13 inc.

      thats pretty good redundancy.
Also these will go retro in about 10 years and be big $$$$$ when people realise its the only solution to run almost everything AND run things that are not SAAS so you can run diconected from the itnerenet.

He's sitting on a bus seat, there's little space to position the computer. He can put it right up against his belly, but the keyboard will be uncomfortable to use. Or he can push it towards his knees, but the screen will go increasingly vertical and difficult to see. So he took advantage of the touch screen virtual keyboard.

It is conceptually pretty cool, just marketed during the wrong time. This is something that would be great as a respiration device for mines, gaseous areas, anywhere the traditional mask and filter setup is generally used. With material changes, it could work for space and zero atmosphere as well. It's just going to get a bad rep among certain demographics because it was originally brought up and sold during the super scary extinction level disease that wasn't actually a concern.

        >a master of anything in seconds
no, it doesn't actually accelerate your thought processes and give you actual perceptible time in which you could do any useful thinking. it gives you only the ~sensation~ of a massive amount of time passing and amplifies the negative emotions you feel as a result. it will not only feel like 1000 years, it will feel like 1000 years where you were unable to coherently put together a single cohesive thought and were denied any stimulation. it is an eldritch horror sufferbutton that someone working for the state will lazily press to make someone insane and shred their soul apart into agonizing slices permanently and forever as a punishment for jaywalking or not using your blinker leave your driveway.

She carried out a lawsuit against some Western countries for "breaching the convention of the rights of children" due to climate change. While ignoring China, India, Russia and a bunch of other countries that were much worse polluters than many of those she sued, since those countries weren't signatories to the convention of climate change.

And people applauded her for it as it was some brilliant political move. Demented.

The news doesn't even talk about social issues or bad things that happen. Just mostly fried chicken and pop culture.
If they caught the baddies and the crime was minor, they may report on it after the perp has been sentenced. This doesn't happen every day, since the news is primarily for talking about chicken.

Worst part is that in 10 years you won't even be able to find things without this smart bullshit and good luck buying something durable in this day and age that's going to last for +10 years in active use.
You vill use ze smart fridge due to planned obsolescence forcing you to buy new things.
