I thought I was the only one who had that problem. One day I tried to get off my chair, and when I stretched my legs, I felt something tear in the outside of my thigh. I had chronic pain for more than a year, but it's better now. I also tore a ligament in a knee once by twisting it while it was bent.
What technologies can I use to keep a good posture? I've been thinking of strapping myself with belts in order to keep my back straight, anyone have experience with that?
sitting like that is objectively not healthy for your spine or ass or legs and will most likely cause you blood clots. unironically its best to constantly fidget and move your posture around, bend your spine in all sides all the time and put your legs under and on table and sit like a fricking moronic frog.

take that shit to heart
t. 30 yo who has been battling back and neck pain for 2 years now and still no end in sight. 2 different $1k chairs, standing desk, new mattress and flat pillow, helped but have not removed the issue. It's possible that i will have these problems for the rest of my life.
No.
Then enjoy your pain and deformity.
both wrong ways to sit would still be a huge upgrade for me
>sit at your desk goy
no
I sit up straight but have a habit of crossing my legs or sitting on one leg. doing it for so long is really fricking with my knees. I need to stop.
i used to do this too, put your chair higher so there's no room between the desk and ur chair to do so
I used to do this until doing this caused one of my knee ligaments to snap. Now my knee is fricked for life. Keep doing it and you'll end up like me.

And also blood clots.
posture is a meme scam to sell you uncomfortable chairs just set an hourly alarm to stretch and walk for a minute and you'll be fine
thanks anon
I sit in many positions, that on the right is also good.
How long you have been a wrongdoer?
Long enough to know it's better to change position from time to time than stay permanently fixed in one. Your body should tell you that anyway.
Your whole life, I would say.

Imagine getting out of bed to code.
there's nothing wrong with using a television to write code
Your eye level is supposed to be at the top or slighted above the TV. Why? I'm still not sure.
>not using treadmill desk

Nah, I'll stand.
no, and don't call me posture.

use your brain to lean back, biggest technology ever (although a brain said this so it has a grain of salt)
I appreciate your acknowledgement of your bias.
That doesn't sound very technological.

another ergo meme is this
i think the ball throws you off if you slouch on it
thanks homie
Posture is a meme used to sell overpriced garbage and encourage sitting like a robot.
The only good posture is cycling through all postures.
Sitting the same way for hours fricks you up no matter what.
can someone post the IQfy version?
literally me
QUEER
We are not taking list, calm down
