>Should I buy a 3070 or a 3070ti? What you guys think?
You get whichever is cheapest - the performance gain is marginal. Both cards are dropping steadfast (in my country at least) so you're honestly better off waiting til 40xx and snapping one up for cheap.
I love graphics card threads because it always turns into an AMD vs Nvidia fanboy war. >HD 7950 >GTX 970 >RTX 2060 >RX 5500 XT >RX 6800 XT
All worked great for me on Windows. I lean AMD though for the software UI and high amounts of Vram. Im just a gamer.
>RX 5500 XT
ask me how i know you're a lying sack of shit
Oh wait I know because I have a fricking ASUS STRIX RX 5500 XT and this thing has plagued me with issues for 3 fricking years. Happy to say that tomorrow i'm upgrading to a 6600 and never looking back.
Do you have a semi-decent gpu? I've got 3080ti after years of 1080 recently, and if not for VR, it'd be wasted money. There are barely any demanding/pretty games, RTX is insanely impressive but nothing uses it, and all of the good vidya that I played on 1060/1080 isn't really anyhow better on 3080ti.
Get -ti if they're similarly priced, if drop is significant, 3070 it is.
No
do not ever buy nvidia, you homosexual
Only buy nvidia if you want high performing drivers and the best features. Instead get AMD and enjoy abysmal OpenGL.
The pajeets are coming
I can smell curry already
>Instead get AMD and enjoy abysmal OpenGL
?
Never buy amd if you use windows
>do not ever buy nvidia, you homosexual
Only a person without a job would say this.
Have you ever tried installing ML libraries from AMD on Linux? You will literally want to have a nice day after a few hours.
Think ill stick with my 6900xt.
Get the 3070ti or a 3080.
No. Overpriced to hell.
Wait three months. Either buy a 4070 at a small markup or buy a 3070 at a discount.

wait for the next gen and buy a 3080 instead
Buy an Evga card in September/October and then use the step-up program
wait for end of the year when 4000 series should be out, hopefully at least causing 3000 series to cheapen
