    this. if you're trying to look good you should prioritise side delts just as much as chest and back. they're a botch to grow, i found good results going heavy as fuark to faliure then lowering the weight all the way to 2.5kg, the burn is crazy

    Unironically did this last year, topped at 25 lbs so I could spam them 2-3x daily for 3 sets of 12 reps. My fricking shoulders have remained HUGE after doing this for only 8 weeks and I haven’t trained them in 6 months
