It literally isn't. There are dozens of tutorials on how to disable it from the OS level and it has nothing to do with firmware.

There are already multiple decent workarounds that you can use to install WIndows 11 without MS account (like with Rufus for example) , and there will be even more in the future, since Windows is a swiss cheese in that regard. You have to be exceptionally lazy and/or tech-illiterate for those workarounds to be too hard for you. Only /misc/ roaches would be dumb enough to try and start some kind of social campaign over this.
