I read this one and some other from Mitnick, but i didnt learned or remember anything.
Humans aren't rational creatures, and any system more complex than a pendulum with more than 1 joint is completely impenetrable to them.
Social engineering is like giving a monkey a hammer and telling him to work on your car: Best case, he drops it and fricks off.

no and wikipedia is not very relaible. I fount this after reading parts of the book and reading low rated Amazon reviews and coming to the same conclusion. Here are quotes from a review i think sums up the book well:
