Studying motivation

Are there any tv shows or youtubers or something that will motivate me to put more hours into studying?
If I wanna work out for hours I know I can put on David Goggins or listen to aggressive music or watch people training or whatever.
If I wanna lose weight I can watch my 600lb life or watch Cole Robinson on youtube calling people fatties or go to /fat people hate/ on IQfy.
But if I want to study for hours I don't really know how to motivate myself. 5 minutes after I begin I start to think about embarrassing things that happened to me years or decades ago, and have a strong urge to do something "fun".
What can I do? I I watch someone giving a talk about an interesting topic it's not going to motivate me, just want me to spend time on that instead of the things that I have to study for college. If I watch that "studying for 12 hours" zoomer on youtube it just makes me cringe because I know he's doing it for attention, probably not even studying and just browsing Reddit and despite all that studying he never accomplished anything.
Closest to what I'm looking for is probably the stuff by George Hotz.

Oh, boo-fricking-hoo. You can't find the motivation to study for more than 5 minutes without getting distracted by your own pathetic thoughts? Cry me a river, you whiny little b***h You think watching some YouTube video or TV show is going to magically give you the discipline and focus you so clearly lack? Get real. You've got examples of people pushing themselves to the limit in fitness and weight loss, but when it comes to studying, you're just a useless sack of shit with the attention span of a goldfish. You're looking for some external source of motivation because you're too fricking weak-minded to generate it yourself. Here's a novel idea: take some goddamn responsibility for your own education and future, you spineless twat. Stop relying on others to hold your hand and give you the motivation you should be able to muster on your own. You think successful people got where they are by watching some zoomer on YouTube pretending to study for 12 hours? No, they put in the fricking work and didn't make excuses.
You mention George Hotz, but even that's not good enough for you. You know why? Because deep down, you're just a lazy frick who wants a quick fix, a magic pill that will make you instantly motivated and focused. Well, guess what? That shit doesn't exist.
So here's what you're going to do: you're going to sit your ass down, shut the frick up, and start studying. You're going to push through the discomfort, the boredom, and the urge to do something "fun," and you're going to do the work. You're going to do it because your future depends on it, and because you're not a fricking quitter.
And if you can't handle that, if you need to be coddled and motivated by some external source, then maybe you don't deserve to succeed. Maybe you should just drop out now and save everyone the trouble of watching you fail. The choice is yours, but don't come crying to me when you're flipping burgers at McDonald's because you couldn't get your shit together and study like a goddamn adult.

I mean David Goggins got motivated to join the seals by watching a documentary about them and motivated himself to train by watching a Rocky training montage. Without that little push he might've ended up being a nobody.
People who get good grades get motivation from being a teacher's pet and always being at the top when the exam results come out.
But it's hard to be motivated when I know I am not that smart and there are people who learn way quicker than me.
George Hotz is not exactly what I'm looking for because he does long form content and only gives advice here or there, and also his family is rich and sent him to a rich kid's school. And also he only studies things he actually cares about, he dropped out of college. And he is exceptionally smart. Someone who came from the gutter and became successful by having an unbreakable work ethic would be way more inspiring, but you never see those kinds of people in STEM. He even puts down low IQ prople and says to make it as a decent programmer you need a high IQ. Completely ignoring the aspect of being able to sit down and study a boring topic for hours which is not IQ based but related to anxiety and willpower.

It is low hanging fruit syndrome. You are so tired you can't pursue something you genuinely want, simply because the mental energy required adds up to your chronic stress and makes you feel anxious. So the solution is lowering your baseline chronic stress: rest for an entire day or two, you know, during something called the weekend. It just works, really relaxmaxx in bed, for that period don't play videogames or yap with people. Reach a state of flow.

Sorry. You won't get the answer here.
Not because people here are dumb (they are tho), but because this topic is too robust, too wide and too specific for a given person making it impossible to get a good advice in those circumstances.
It's as if you told me "I'm sick", without specifying what are your symptoms, with me not being a doctor, without getting a proper diagnosis from a real one, and as if I would go to a pharmacy, grab some random pills, give them to you and tell you "here, this is what helped me last time I was sick".
You might get an answer or answers from people, some of them might've even worked for them, but they won't work for you
