Sudden Adult Death Syndrome

What explains SADS, where healthy adults would inexplicably die from strokes or heart attacks while they're sleeping? Seems to be a very recent thing that started happening.

Also, what about SIDS? What explains that, too?

Was cardiac arrest in the young a common thing previously?

Genetic defects, they didn’t start recently and they haven’t been increasing per capita. Also maybe steroids, I’m not sure how much they investigate dead bodybuilders, it’s kind of assumed to be long term drug use

It's interesting though, because there's been a lot of recent stories about global warming, and stress, and other things causing heart attacks and strokes. It certainly feels like they're trying to normalize it, which I don't think it's ever been normal. I'm sure it happened in the past, but it was highly unusual. Maybe it's still highly unusual and we're being notified of every single time it happens thanks to social media. I dunno. It'd be nice to see some official numbers in recent and past years, but I'm not aware of any source. Professional sports leagues may be the best source for that kind of data since they're anal about tracking the health of their athletes.

I'm sure hormone therapies are okay to take when your young too, it doesn't effect how your body develops or anything.

Vastly, vastly, VASTLY more unvaccinated die as a result of covid than the vaccinated die of vaccine complications, so now the unvaccinated spend all of their time looking for people dying of anything and blaming those deaths on vaccines.

It was always a common thing. I remember back in school it happened every week that some kid suddenly died from a heart attack.

Shit back in my day that used to happen every recess and gym period. They had to bus in kids from Nicaragua and Rwanda back then to replace all them.

Given how complex mammals are I assume every single one has a tiny chance of randomly fatally malfunctioning. The brain could send the wrong signals and trigger a defense mechanism that conflicts with some other mechanism and then your heart fails. That ignores any of the modern reasons like chemicals or whatever increasing that chance. SIDS is already known to be more or less likely for a variety of things like sleeping in the same room as the parents or being face-up or face-down. My own friend died from an unknown heart condition at age 17, and I assume most that die of SADS actually had some cause that just wasn't discovered for a variety of reasons.

Even if what you are saying is true that doesn't answer the question you quoted, just the one afterward (why it seems to be more common now; because it's being talked about more). I can't tell if you're a bot or just a /misc/tard that needs to make every goddamned thing about a hyper-politicized topic.

        >/pol/tard that needs to make every goddamned thing about a hyper-politicized topic.
this thread literally only exists because this nonexistent 'syndrome' is a twitter trend right now with vaccine shitposters. "sudden adult death syndrome" isn't a real term. even the OP pic doesn't use it.
any discussion is fundamentally political trolling because the term is a political troll

That would make OP a gay, per usual, but that would not make random heart attacks in otherwise healthy young adults non-existent. It'd be fricking stupid if they were ignored because Twitter is associating it with vaccines or covid or both.
I fully admit that it's a bit personal for me. Had my friend gotten an EKG, he could have found out about his heart defect and might still be alive today. Instead, random heart attacks could end up swept under the rug or conflated with other bullshit, when at least some of them could be prevented by just getting a damn EKG test before you notice your heart stopping.

Well the vaccine seems to be killing the young while the virus does not. Maybe only the at-risk should have been vaccinated?

negligent father. it is father's job to see it that mother does her job correctly. women have smaller brains and they need and deserve to have male guidance throughout their lives. leaving one to fend for herself is cruel and always ends badly.

I stopped my own heartbeat through deep meditation once. The adrenaline made it start back up again. I bet the mechanisms for keeping the autonomous system going is actually a lot less sturdy than what most people seem to think. If you have piss poor health to begin with it probably doesn't take a whole lot to have your heart just stop randomly.

Paxlovid rebound proves the jabbies are having more trouble clearing the virus than the based unvaxxed. What's really diabolical is that appearently pfizer knew that, hence didn't test it on them in the clinical trial because it would cause Pax to fail. Thankfully omicron is mild enough that any jabbies who aren't over 60 will still live, but that's why boosted old people are dropping now

New study may have identified cause of SIDS, or sudden infant death syndrome
      >https://abc7.com/sids-cause-sudden-infant-death-syndrome-breakthrough-babies/11845007/

The incidence of thiamine deficiency was high in 'near-miss' sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) infants and their mothers, and in siblings of SIDS. The thiamine deficient infants had a high familial incidence of SIDS deaths.

Basically SIDS is when parents cause their baby to become suffocated either because they get their baby to sleep on it's belly or because they share a bed together and crush it while it's asleep
This accounts for 95% of cases
The problem is that this is an accidental death and it's a horrible moment for the parents so they started labelling these deaths as SIDS even if the death likely had an explainable cause
The hilarious thing is that in pushing this idea of SIDS existing as this thing that could very likely happen to your child and that it isn't the fault of the parents it's led to parents becoming terrified that their child will die from SIDS, so the parents who killed their child gets some relief from guilt while guiltless parents who take all the precautions that the parents who killed their baby didn't, suffer with unnecessary anxiety
Btw a lot of studies in SIDS are from mothers whose own baby died from 'SIDS' and therefore there's a lot of bias in them
    Basically SIDS is bullshit
