>Samsung
the moron of android phones, only devices where notifications stop because "shrug shoulders" and no way to fix or troubleshoot until one day things just start working again, anyone who buys a samsung phone is a mongoloid
I also own an A52S and never had GPS issues or any other problems. GPS always worked great. Tbqh it's the most reliable and trouble-free smartphone I ever had, everything just works. Battery life is great too.
My mother also has an A52S and it's also mostly issue-free but she often has issues with the USB-C port connector, but it has never been a problem on mine.
Would the SM-A556E/DS model work on Verizon? I checked the specs on one of Samsung's international sites and it looks like it has most of the important 4g bands including band 13 and even some of the 5g bands.
>A series
I've repaired enough of these to know they are shit. Buy a refurb S series phone that's two years older and it will be better in every conceivable way.
>Exynos
Even if you don't care about the unremarkable performance, the trash-tier modem has a habit of fricking you over at the most inopportune time possible.
If you must have a new phone, the upcoming Pixel 8a will likely be a lot better. They're still using A78 cores in $500 shitsungs. And with the Pixel, you'll be able to install GrapheneOS or LineageOS. People say Tensor is shit but I get 10 hours of SoT on my 6a.
True, but at least the G3 doesn't use ancient cores. Honestly people put too much blame on the actual Tensor chips when the big issue is the modems. My SoT used to be 6 hours when I had 5G enabled. It's 10-12 now.
>consoom bug >for samslop a series >the lowest, most third world tier they offer >all phones with awful build quality and 2-3 year old processors
Is this ironic? like saying you want the cheapest most garbage new car you can buy
>5.5 inch notchless holepunchless 1080p screen >removable battery >sd card slot >fingerprint reader >doesn't even need a case, already rugged enough
this would have been the perfect phone if it had a headphone jack
Why not buy an S23? Or S22 even?
>Exynos 1480
fricking COWARDS
can't unlock. can't install grapheneOS. Can't root.
You can unlock, root, or install custom ROMs on any Samsung phone. Those restrictions only apply to the burger land.
In that case, it's just on principle - they'd screw you too, if it was up to them.
Show me non-GSI ROM for s23u

Get an S10e
One word: Fricking exynos.
> Oh wait, that was two.
Galaxy A-series phones are bottom tier junkers. You'd get more performance out of a Galaxy S10.
>no hardware av1 decoder
into the trash it goes
just save money and buy an a35 instead
>25W charger
Ngmi, bro

It is exynos tho.

Well, indeed 5G is still shit. I'm kinda glad I bought 888gen3 tho. I get, like, 14-16 SOT hours without 5G with 120fps forced.
>14-16 SOT hours
How? Do you always have your phone on Wi-Fi? What's the screen brightness set to? That's pretty impressive.
>They're still using A78 cores in $500 shitsungs
Jesus Christ

You're moronic, aren't you?
The S23 FE is like $50 more and 50x better.
>Talk me out of buying this
Hole punch front camera.
bigger bezels than $200 xiaomi
Just get an A35. They're almost identical anyway.
A35 is just a repackaged A54
I know nothing about phones, but I bought an A33 a few months ago and it's been great for phone stuff (so everything apart from gaming)
get a SONIM XP10
>5.5 inch notchless holepunchless 1080p screen
>removable battery
>sd card slot
>fingerprint reader
>doesn't even need a case, already rugged enough
this would have been the perfect phone if it had a headphone jack
get a S20 FE 5G. Comes with a snapdragon, great battery life and camera for only $300.
