Only good thing about artix is that Nous denounced systemd and pederasty. Thats it.
If you are running artix, expect broken packages, poor maintaining and dead community. Recently, they removed artix-pipewire-launcher without even noticing it. If you want true non-systemd experience - stick to Gentoo. 1000 times better than arch meme distros.

Explain why I should use this over EndeanvourOS? I find Endeanvour thus far to work not bad.

Arch with curated packages, you start where most are after a week or so of package hunting on Arch. Pretty good distro
Artix is a step backwards, unless they eventually release it as a "systemd-free" (open source but not that way) meta installer like Endeavor it's still a noob trap.

i'm on endeavouros but i wish i didn't have to use arch but it's the only distro that makes automatic 1111 not throw a fit with my amd gpu and not go through fricking hoops trying to make it work like in ubungu
