Africans are cool though, most FoB African Black folks I've met were humble, likeable people. SSAs devolve once they become more accommodated to Europe and start emulating stereotypical African-Americans, but the ones in Africa tend to be nice people.
North Africans can get annoying because of their hyper-masculine alpha behaviour, but they're cool people once you get to know them better. Not to mention their women are beautiful (not so much Egyptians, mostly the Maghrebis) without a doubt the best ones among caucasoids alongside Scandinavians, West / East Slavs and Shitalians.

We've been through this before. The last time Europeans had a "moral obligation" to "civilize" Africa, the first genocides of the 20th century began. You can't properly "civilize" a people that you don't see as fellow human beings to begin with. You can see this difference between the Spanish and the British when they were colonizing the Americas, the Spanish saw them as inferior people yet potentially saved, so they mass converted (and enslaved) their Natives but eventually assimilated them into their empires in the New World, the British saw them as subhuman obstacles and slaughtered them.

Historically no African nation ever existed so why was it different? New countries that weren't just keeping colonial borders are much more real in my opinion.
