It's printed in this short story collection as well which you can get for basically nothing. The other stories in this book are also really good and very worth reading.

Memos from Purgatory is a pretty interesting exposé on Inner-city youth gangs in the 1950s, primarily working-class White gangs.
Years ago when I first heard of I Have no Mouth and I Must Scream I expected it to be about the futility of modern life, the need to speak when no will hear anything but what they want to hear, the isolation imposed by modern life. Something like Invisible Man but more universal. It was literally about someone with no mouth who wanted to scream, and war bad. I really did not see that coming, especially since he had a mouth for most of the story. I was disappointed to say the least. I do not see myself ever reading another one of his works.

I always found it very strange that this is the one book that a person who's heard of Harlan Ellison is likely to name or have read but ... it's literally one of this worst books by comparison to any of the others
