Mythicism is considered a fringe theory by academic historians and scholars. What flat earth is to science, Jesus mythicism is to history. It is considered pseudo-history and conspiracy theory.

        Why?

          Because munnay
It's like the "3000" years of theology cope when theology is regurgitating what other people sharted inside the tradition without taking notes from outside.

He was crucified because his apoccolyptic rhetoricc pissed off Pontius Pilate since it was seen as a harbinger for the end of the Roman Empire and a bunch of moronic peasants decided to worship him

He was crucified by Rome on charges relating to sedition due to the fact that his followers proclaimed him to be the Messiah, the future Davidic king who would rule the israelites. This was perceived as potentially threatening the rule of Rome for the establishment of an independent Judean state. Rome was already dealing with this among the Zealots and didn't want to take any risks.

The religious establishment charged him with blasphemy against the Temple and for his perceived insult of the High Priesthood.
Ultimately the israeli authorities didn't like him because they were worried he was going to cause an uprising. Even though his message was in direct contrast to that of the Zealots and he had no actual intention of putting up any sort of armed resistance against Rome (indeed as you correctly point out his message was apocalyptic, God and not man was going to do the conquering) his actions in the Temple on Holy Monday were seen as disruptive and at the very least could be inspiration for others to commit similar acts and lead to something bigger.

They wanted to put him down, ironically they not only failed but literally an entire world religion that would go on to influence the rest of human history was molded in the process. What a colossal back fire. The biggest back fire in history.

and not the 30,000 other israelites who were crucified? Idk I think they worship him because he rose from the dead

      >blaming Pontius Pilate when he clearly wanted nothing to do with the entire situation
Why do israelites always do this? All your High Priests had to do was not organize a conspiracy to execute him

seems kinda weird that this was the plan
seems weirder if it wasn't the plan and the romans executing some dude somehow led to the salvation of mankind

    >Dies for our sins even though no one asked him to
    >Resurrects afterwards and fricks off to paradise
    >He was actually god all along
He should've stayed dead, that would've actually given the act some real sacrifice to it. Also, if he's just God then it was all pre-meditated by him and everyone involved had no agency.

    Fricking stupid and pointless

      He suffered as a man

      >Also, if he's just God then it was all pre-meditated by him and everyone involved had no agency.
He knew, but it wasn't premeditated. It was the result of free will.

what if the israelites had been lenient and not crucified him?
    would humanity be fricked?

I've read that since it isn't specified what kind of death is punishment for sin, even death of old age would do it, I don't kno w if there is a basis for this. All prophecies would be different of course.

He still would have to take on Himself all of the sins and become separeted from the Father, which was the worst suffering of all the Passion.

Yahweh is a storm God of minor importance, which when mixed with other gods of the caananite pantheon becomes... The Sir® a Lord Almighty™ who has Omnipotence © but cannot defeat Iron Chariots. Then he has a pagan son, and wizards hallucinate entire alphabets of ye Angels in Elizabeth an days.
        Just good ol' religion.

            No, I cant.
You vermin consider light entering the room at a priming time a sign of your god.
Meanwhile I wouldn't even consider stigmata, as the world is illusory.
Because I'm a mage, I know you can conjure up inexistent Demons and gods, and hurl them at your objectives.
This is why I have seen Goddess Hecate entering my home. Because I believed so.
Reality is, apart from spiritual, quantic, and even spiritually quantic at that. You wouldn't understand, but if you're were to give me the benefit of the doubt, give Son Goku (as if he were a real Spirit) a call for ki or bravery, and you'll see what I mean.

But you wont, it's best to believe a comfortable lie.

You're praying to schrodinger's Jesus, he doesn't really exist.

His soul descended into Hades where he preached the gospel to the righteous that had died. His body was not only revived three days later but actually glorified.

That sounds kino, more kino than Hades being some permanent place. Can there be more ghost crusades into Hades to liberate people there?

Besides, my religion is Magick, so I believe in a magical worldview, your religion is a syncretic meshing of caananite gods.
If I'm schizo because I think reality is made up by the mind, you're psychotic because you think God is a blabbering violent moron.
