Just don’t put that shit on your resume then, in fact you don’t even need a resume to get a job. Go on Craigslist, sort by Manuel labor and call people that need workers and tell them you are available to work as early as possible. They will either have you out for a test day or they’ll to do an interview. It’s that easy. The work is shit and pay sucks though

with that mentality you will never achieve anything, I mean, I had my fears when I started to hold things, I looked all day long at charts in dexview (and I still do) but with time you learn things, and paranoia and insecurities become just silly thoughts, try to take the initiative

There's a million different things. I would recommend finding something you're either already good at or enjoy doing and then pursuing a career in that field.
Also look at industry certification you might need. Having the certs will increase your chances when applying for entry level positions

Manual labor is patrician if you have a lot of agency. You get to spend a lot of time thinking while your body gets strong and lean. The best job I've had was basically carrying rocks around.
I mow lawns. I can literally spend all day with soundproof headphones on listening to a audiobook cutting grass with little effort (god bless self propelled mowers)
It is braindead easy work especially if you are just going to regularly maintained jobs you have mowed 1000 times.
