Unhireable people

What are examples of people who are unhireable? How hard is it to become unhireable?

I found the youtube channel of a homeless ex-bay-area software developer with 15 years of experience who is unmistakably unhireable. I've sifted through his autistic ramblings and this is what I found:

>at one job, did something he mistakenly thought was the "social norm in cities" that got him fired (vague about it)
>next job, fired for low performance
>next job, claims that a drunk female intern was hitting on him at a bar, he said "b***h go away". Told his manager about this. got fired.
>HR also says "3 people claim he makes them uncomfortable"
>This company filed a RESTRAINING ORDER against him
>When you google his name, you see his court cases which have screenshots of his tweets stating he has violent fantasies against his former employer
>STILL FOUND A JOB AFTER THIS
>quit

>can't find a job now because of background checks

He now. lives in his car, and is available on upwork for $18/hr

If you use social media like a moron? Not difficult at all.

I thought that was an exaggeration. For example, the donglegate guy who was the subject of news articles like "Donglegate: How One Brogrammer’s Sexist Joke Led to Death Threats and Firings" was able to immediately find a job after that event

I meant that thinking you have zero social skills and hating society seems to have a positive feedback loop. Disliking other people because you consider yourself to have "zero social skills" turns you from a nice awkward guy to someone who makes other people "uncomfortable" and sooner or later you're a "weirdo" or freak.
I have found much success in life by throwing away that hatred. Normies can sense that hatred and it will only make your life harder for you.

No. I hate them and the moment I can kill them, via say, proposing mandatory vax in the office for which i know i will fake it, I do. Those that annoy you should die. This is my moto. If millions annoy, you, billions must die.
But I am also quite autistic about tech, so i can hide my hate for some people by talking about tech 99% of the time. This does not mean I will not try to kill people, it just means that there is time and place for it all.

but i still have to add that i am not like that toward everyone, just a few people in the office. for each of the places i have worked in the past i only want the death of 10% of the office.

please remember the important part: I will only consider and plan your death if I dislike you and i dislike only 10% of the office. Meaning that chances are I am occupied with death plans for other people and you can relax.

in the past i would argue with it, but multiple people have already blown the heads of their ex wifes after a divorce rape and gotten only 10 max years for it so more like 5. we are entering the age where violence against women will be the norm whether the state likes it or not.

Murdering your ex wife would usually be 2nd or more, which is a minimum of 15 years in most civilized states. In Iowa, it's mandatory 50 years

in some states it is 10 max. read the news. Multiple people had to choose between their money or a 5 year vacation in the prison. Multiple women were made a new hole in their head.

I know a guy who is great at programming, but either chooses to not get a job or is incapable of getting one because he's severely autistic to the point of actually living on autismbux. I've tried telling him that he could make a lot of money, he's one of those crazy talented savant types. If he wasn't so autistic, he'd be rich and successful.

He needs exposure to real world problems so he can get ideas and eventually turn it into a money making machine. I'll give you both one for free: video and audio content streaming API. MUX pricing is fricking ridiculous and their DX is dogshit. If you can half-ass something that works for half the price you'll be billionaires in 1 year.

I have ADHD which has decayed to severe with crippling fatigue. I’m basically unhireable because I’m undependable. I might hyperfocus and write some of the best code you’ve seen, or solve a problem no one else can. Or I might miss days of work because I can’t get out of bed. As it gets worse I do the latter more and more.

The experience has made me hate US healthcare with a passion, but that’s another topic.

I was fired from several jobs and quit from several others. It happened over a period of about 15 years and my resume was messed up, it just had all these jobs where I'd only been there for a few months and I only had 2 references from ages ago. I was never fired for performance issues, it was always other things. I ended up going to a psychiatrist 3 years ago after becoming pretty suicidal and they put me on medication and autismbux and I feel better now. I still program pretty much every day, i'm just working on my own projects and probably going to try freelancing soon

      why were you fired

        Anonymous

First time I was made redundant because they ran out of money.
Second time I was fired was because my manager didn't want to tell her manager that she couldn't understand what to do for the job. So instead she told her manager that I just didn't want to do any work, but I didn't understand the project either. So i got fired. I found out later she was trying to do the same thing to the next person after me too.
Third time I was fired after working 3 weeks at a job, I'm not even sure why, i did everything they said. I think my manager wanted someone else to be hired instead of me, maybe his friend or something. He was really obnoxious.
Fourth time was at a place where the project was really far behind I was fired after about 2 months. I'm pretty sure I was hired so that I could be fired by my manager and he could blame things on me. I got all my tasks done every week and didn't get any bad feedback or have to fix anything. Only thing I did wrong was turned up 5 minutes late twice. That manager got fired a few months after me.
There was also 5 jobs that I quit. Most after only a few months.

Also this whole thread assumes people would not lie on their resume which most do. Most people change the years of experience on past jobs to be say 6 months to a year bigger, but if your name is the problem, just change it. Yes, your name is a variable as well, not just your past work experience.

If you master interviewing instead of prioritizing deep knowledge on some esoteria in tech you will get hired
This means doing those silly questions they ask and solving those algorithms or other bullshit never used in the job tasks
Then you also skill up on the social aspect and are presentable and reliable
Also you must show that your somewhat able to take initiative to complete tasks on your own but also ultimately submissive to an extent so you will not usurp anyone

Become the corporate bugman. That’s how you get hired. If you act like your way above or way below everyone else by poor behavior you are not getting hired.

Being good at getting jobs is more important than the jobs themselves because you can be a top performer and still get cut for bigger economic reasons outside the company itself. So in this case you can simply get hired again.

You also try to nepotism it and get hired into other positions or different companies by “making friends” with your coworkers

anyone successful I have seen has this quality: the ability to interview well and get jobs. They can be complete frick ups and they have just moved up the chain.

Do people genuinely worry about "usurpment" and stuff? I never had to care about that kind of thing because I've never been in a work environment where that's necessary. My friend has told me about some of his coworkers trying to sabotage him, but I thought he was crazy.

being above or below in the social dynamic means you could be more likely a target

Also yes it’s possible you haven’t had to deal with it in your jobs
