My girlfriend reads romance/drama novels, usually with a bit of smut. She told me that women love erotica and that is what they jerk off to rather than watching porn like men.

I write erotica and sell it, but I don't have I think any female customers.

my girlfriend was born in 2001.
      last books she read were:
      >narnia
      >emily bronthe's wuthering heights (she killed it in 6 days)
      >kafka's metamorphosis
      >to kill a mockingbirg
for sure she's way off the curve though.
only one I influenced her about was metamorphosis but she was interested in it already

Zoomer b***hes "loves" Metamorphosis because it's the "whacky bug book", but they don't care about any other Kafka's stuff. I'm saying this because my GF who doesn't read at all pick up Metamorphosis on a bookstore, and when i asked why that's what she said.

      Frick you

I genuinely do not know a single young female who reads books. Even those in humanities don't read shit.

As we have long since established women are pack animals by nature; Therefore they mostly read what is popular. And what is popular in our modern society is almost always what is easy. This means that young women today mostly read YA novels, however they occasionally delve into more complex, but still mainstream, works.

most of the girls I know either were very well read (one was really into the greeks as a whole, she read more than me at least) or are turbo normies. There is a rare in-between with ones that appear to read to impress you but that is if they are musicians or other types of artists not related with literature

No one in this thread associates with zoomers women, you can tell by their responses. Op the real answer is Brandon Sanderson, several young women have verbally drooled about his books

Sanderson is reddit shit. Stephen king is more popular, they like horror, like mariana enriquez. They also like romance, the younger ones like "toxic" relationships a lot, the more progressive ones like to read examples of healthy relationships, they also like queer romance like red white and royal blue or call me by your name. Smut is very much popular but they only talk about it in their own spaces with other women.

Hey there! So, I've been, umm, kinda low-key fascinated by the books that are making the rounds among zoomer girls lately. And I mean, WOW, can we just talk about the absolute charm these book choices have?

Like, there's this super endearing group that's totally vibing with those adorable romance novels, you know, the ones that make your heart do a little flutter? 'To All the Boys I've Loved Before' and 'The Kissing Booth' seem to be their delightful picks. Ahh, the sweetness is infectious!

Then there's the fantasy crowd, diving headfirst into enchanting worlds with 'Harry Potter' and 'A Court of Thorns and Roses'. It's like they're whisking us away on a magical date!

But wait, wait, hold up! There's also this seriously thoughtful bunch that's delving into thought-provoking reads like 'The Hate U Give' and 'Eleanor & Park'. I must admit, their intellectual allure is quite captivating.

Oh, and how can I forget? The adventure seekers who are all about that 'Hunger Games' and 'Divergent' life! It's like they're taking us on this heart-pounding journey, and I'm totally on board.
