What happened to roman aristocracy after fall of Rome? in most of the cases conquerors didn't wipe off previous elites and they were incorporated to the new states. But roman elites just dissapeared even in Italy and were replaced by germanic tribal nobles
They didn't disappear, they simply adapted and collaborated, creating a new Romance-Germanic caste.
When historians speak of certain Germanic peoples like the Franks or Ostrogoths they don't mean an ethnicity, but a political alignment.
You should show some humility when talking about a subject you have no knowledge of.
The Franks were initially a confederation of various tribes with vague similarities like being of Germanic origin, and after they spilled into the old Roman territories they drew forces from other federated and native Gallo-Roman subjects. When Clovis was fighting the Alemanni, his "Franks" would be compromised of Goths, Bretons, Alans, Romans, Huns and all other peoples he could muster, and they all were "Franks" due to their political allegiance.

No. The Franks did have ethnic laws, and even ethnic law codes. The Burgundians, Romans and Alemanni lived under their own law codes, by the time of Charlemagne all these people were part of the Frankish Regum, but they were not Franks and not treated as such. When Charles (Uncle of Charlemagne) destroyed the Alemanni and all their independent power crushed they were integrated into the Frankish system, but they were distinctly not Franks although being a rather privelaged compared to the other peoples such as Burgundians and Vascons who were completely exluded from the privelage of being made Count in the Carolingian Kingdom.
Even Roman elites kept their own Roman identity and culture. They still existed and often held important lesser posts but not one ever became a Count. They were deliberately exluded from the rule of state since they were not Franks themselves and did not consider themselves to be as such. Some military units were to be exlusively Frankish such as the antrustiones which only in the 8th century allowed other ethnic groups in. Chronicles like Fredegar's Continuer directly state Romani as an ethnic group (likely from their legal ethnic identity) as being seperate from the Franks.

They are still there, running the show.
It's just that like most noble families they are so big and so rich you don't even see them, but western democracy is unironically just a front for old blood and old money.

Nowhere near. In Italy the Senate was still a powerful institution. While they were once and for all cut out from all military power they were still very much running the civil service in Ostrogothic Italy, even taking part in who the next King would be. Which ended up getting quite a few Senators executed for doing, since it implied treason to speculate on the next Emperor or King, one of the most notable killed in the purge being Boethius.
In Frankia the Roman aristocrats generally worked with the Frankish Kings up until their dissaperance in the 8th century. They played the part as much as any other Frankish magnate, suppling men and taxes to the King and they in exchange got a seat at the table when a royal council convened. The supreme command of the naval forces and Charles Martel was even given to a Roman aristocrat. The other regions of the former Empire I don't quite know
Berbers and Arabs leaded a genocidal war against punicoromans inhabitants. Berber invasion of roman cities was similar to what happened in Britain with britanoromans.
Romance languages come from Latin. It was replaced with Arabic in North Africa and Slavic in the Balkans. The areas further east spoke Greek, which was later replaced with Turkish.

LOL you're so fricking stupid, the Franks were an ethnicity, nationalistic and they ruled over other ethnicities

True.

Roman Church
In France the roman aristocracy kept a sort of monopoly on clerical activities for a time

either changed into the present population or were completely assimilated
They raped the natives to death.
What do you think Romanians and Vlachs are?
It’s rather obvious what happened in Gaul or Hispania.
The real mystery is Tunisia : did they all just migrate during the arab conquests or were they so thoroughly raped that they turned into nafri mutts?

source or some reading ?
What about the Mauro-Roman kingdom? Until it was annexed by the the byzantines, the Berbers and Romans got along fine

Nothing really. They just integrated with the "current" culture over time.
