What is a good natural drug that can help calm you down when you constantly have intrusive thoughts and some symptoms that are similar to hypomania or OCD?
I want something that will calm my brain down and help me focus, but not make me tired. Something that will help me with setting goals and achieving them, without constant intrusive thoughts and distractions.
I thought buisness made the most sense to make this thread, because my goal is to have a side buisness separate from my regular job, but I can never focus. My mind is always going 100 mph nonstop.
Any genuine feedback will be greatly appreciated.

your mind is going nonstop and you can't focus because of the constant flood of IQfy, reddit, and mobile apps. not because you need magic drugs. fix the problem, not the symptom
but to answer your question
>lemon balm
>passionflower
>chamomile
>american skullcap
>kava kava
>valerian root
Thanks. I'll keep watching for more replies.
I was watching Elon Musk's interview with Don Lemon and Elon said when he falls into a depression state, he takes a small prescribed amount of Ketamine. I wonder if that could help.
ketamine is not natural. it's addictive, expensive, and harsh on the body. i have done several pounds it does not cure depression at all. stay far away
are you looking for something that makes you calmer, more focused, or less depressed? there's nothing that does all three and the goal seems to keep shifting.
again, the issue is not chemical and will not be solved by chemicals, examine your life habits. psilocybin will be far more beneficial than ketamine to this end.
Focused. I don't have depression. I just thought maybe something unconventional could work.
I was thinking about Kratom too.
I'll have to look that up.
Elon is a dumbass. Ketamine is really bad for you, he should have just stuck to having a puff of some weed here and there.
grow your own chamomile, it's hardy enough
2nd valerian root, that stuff's awesome. You physically can not ingest enough to OD, so its safe to take like 3x the dosage on the bottle - it binds to the same receptors that valium does. I get the best sleep on valerian
Valerian root also cleans up our gut biome
>good natural drug
S o y or some shit I don't take homosexual supplements, hard drugs is the way to go
Practice present living. Pay close attention to your thoughts feelings and actions. Avoid drugs they are s bandaid. Breath work and working on your multi-level health is a great place to start.
Low doses of LSD
this works pretty well. low doses of cocaine work well as well but as this fellow anon pointed out:
it's pretty hard to not get caught in it
I've been drinking st john's wort tea for 1 week and it does make me feel better. Not sure if it's placebo though. Check it out, it's supposed to have an effect on people with mild depression and anxiety
The way I do it is use a timer to time my activities. This way I follow the clock. Then I take the break when it tells me to. Otherwise I get sucked in with so many questions I want to research on the internet and it digs into my productivity. I don't take drugs or supplements but I will say L theanine is pretty good. You can also get it in green tea.
When I have racing thoughts I typically rest like a form of meditation and let them run their course. Now I have them less
Ashwagandha worked for me
can confirm too. I take 600mg a day.
>intrusive thoughts
What is this homosexual meme of capitulation?
>wah I can't control my thoughts
>m-my braon is being meam to me mommy
>I just can't control myself
Anyway, you're asking for meth, moron.
just embrace your mind and use it, dont be a homosexual
Ashwaganda and L-theanine (black tea active compound, crosses blood brain barrier)
How to stop doing cocaine after you start
frick that id like to be able to even function. Imagine every waking second of your life riddled with what ifs and why nots, not being sure of anything, not having any meaning, not even being sure if you like other people or hate them, wondering if you should even be alive. Anxiety about the past, anxiety about the future. Fading memories, lost ambitions. Trying to remember what feeling feels like. Trying to remember what kind of person you were just 5 or 10 years ago. Im going insane
hope things get better for you anon I go thru similar thoughts constantly and sometimes I just wanna have good thoughts you know? Keep your head up lil trooper
only line going up makes me feel something these days
Damn sorry bro I know your pain. Life is suffering let’s just embrace the suffering and maybe we can transcend it. Pray to the Blessed Mother for her intercession. She is good and loving.
L-Tyrosine
Feels like caffeine without any negatives
I'll check that out too. Thanks.
The best drug for little b***h syndrome is testosterone.
Cannabis, mushrooms
RAMADAN FASTING

don't listen to the homosexuals in here, smoke cigarettes
nic is based
low dose of kratom (maybe 1-2 g)
but you shouldn't do that every day
whatever you do, don't do it every day (except maybe caffeine in moderate doses)
ashwagandha
a big fat blunt
>Albino Penis Envy
Grow your own
This worked for me like the pill from the movie "Limitless".
>Bacopa monnieri
It's a natural herb and in a week it helped me calm down and increased my memory - I crushed multivariable calculus like it was nothing.
You need to buy a high quality one because the lower ones may contain heavy metals.
Also:
Physical activity, less sugar, more sleep and no porn.
>Ctrl-f Kefir

Try it. It's the strongest probiotic out there. Your gut health is directly tied to your mental and physical health. Less effective probiotic alternatives include Kimchi and Miso.
I get great results from sauerkraut too
Sauna/hot bath is very helpful, aim to reach a body temp of ~101.3 after being in water for like 30 mins. I find a water temp of 108ish works good for that but depends on your bath.
Ashwaganda
Morning walks where you get 30 mins of sunlight
Also sleep hygiene stuff if you get a quality 8 hrs its impact is crazy
Ketones
Thank you for the recommendations everyone. I'm still reading them.
