I didn't believe this book actually existed cause I couldn't find a single copy for sale or available to pirate, until I found it on Amazon (???). I would have bought it then and there but I didn't have any money at that time so I put it in my wishlist, only for the book to be unlisted when I went to actually buy it. What exactly is so objectionable about it? If American Psycho and fricking Mein Kampf are sold on Amazon why not Behead All Satans?

there's some lady that claims the read MNM-DR is stalking her and that selling the book is somehow illegal because of this. personally i think this is MNM-DR himself. it would be very in line with what little we know about him. he also shills it on /misc/ by bringing it up in threads as a complete non-sequiter. you can pirate it on z-lib if you know how to use tor but be sure ti check the comments as there are two versions and one of them is missing a few pages.
