when people find out how to manufacture it at scale
A lot of work has been put into graphene instead, you can actually find products using it now
tubes, not so much outside of color dyes where size doesn't matter
>NEW CARBON TECHNOLOGY!!!!! >NEW CANCER TREATMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >NEW TYPE OF 100% EFFICIENT SOLAR PANEL!!!!!!!!!! IT COSTS .1% WHAT THE OLD ONES DID!!!!!!!!!!! >WE MADE A NEW TYPE OF BATTERY THAT SOLVES ALL OF LITHIUM ION'S PROBLEMS! >THIS NEW NASA DRIVE WILL PROPEL SPACECRAFTS TO 99% THE SPEED OF LIGHT >ROOT CAUSE OF ALZHEIMERS AND DEMENTIA ISOLATED AND STOPPED WITH 25 CENT PILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
>Which have literally nothing at all
you have no idea how clinical trials work and the time it takes a treatment to go from experimental to medical use. I'm no expert, but I've seen some of that shit myself. shit is hard. "clickbait" exists to attract investors, because otherwise no one would care, much less pay for the development of said treatments.

So it takes forever to greenlight a procedure to save dying people but vaccines were immediately rolled out during trial phase worldwide for a disease with a 99% survival rate.
Ok

exactly, yes. do you not understand the difference between an expensive, risky treatment for cancer, and a vaccine for a virus that is spreading quickly? they are simply not the same thing at all. you must be absolutely moronic if you don't see how...
>human cloning
i think we can already do this. We can already do it on sheeps.
Its just no one treads to this path because they will definitely get raped by globohomo
>i think we can already do this. We can already do it on sheeps.
Yeah, maybe but apparently the process has a low rate of success, it's not really reliable. I guess it could have been if the research on it had continued.

why someone would want to clone a normalgay? nobody is that moronic

that's not the question
I could see a use case lol. Look at the film The Island
supposedly there was a breakthrough a month away or so but I think its just like battery news and a meme.
Now if tsmc could really produce stuff on a 5nm node like they claim we could work towards single electron transistors which are basically just a tiny metal island/ metallic quantum dots and we would have like half the shit carbon nanotube promises to deliver in terms of efficiency.

too bad it was never released ...

if they cant manufacture at scale why dont tgeg just hire like a million people in the congo
all of the known manufacturing processes require precise machinery and autism
Black folk aren't known to be able to work with atoms

You're years late, the hype is about graphene now.
Actually graphene is old news as well, we're all about quantum computing.
>graphene
The Chinks are now advertising their underwear as containing graphene cotton lmao.
>quantum computing
hello are we still in 2012?
computing
>hello are we still in 2012?
Hello, are we still in 2002?

you forgot the key term
>BREAKTHROUGH
while in reality
>another globohomosexual horror to be unveiled this year
What will be the Q3-4 horror for 2022? Any forecasts for Q1 2023?
>>NEW CANCER TREATMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
many new immunotherapies are currently in use, moron
Which have literally nothing at all to do with the inane garbage you see in clickbait ads.

yes
up to like 80% of cancer treatment papers don't have replicable results
which is why clinical trials are lengthy, slow, expensive and have to be vetted by multiple parties.
cure for tinnitus when?
..asking for a friend
I don't even know what that is, but I doubt is more important than energy storage.
having tinnitus leads to suicide
ask
>cure for tinnitus
I wonder if anyone's toyed with some phase inversion frickery but I doubt that would work if it's in your brain
Why would I want Carbon Nanotubes in my cigs??
Never.
It's just another buzzword.
it cant be never
lithium is shit
How carbon nanotubes can improve existing batteries?
make them cheaper since carbons abundant, last longer and degrade slower
that's a shitty answer
I meant how this relates to conductivity or potential electric energy idk
two more weeks
Never ever
Just like graphite CPU, aaaany decade now
Its just like SSDs. Takes awhile.
Who fricking knows. People always overestimate on how near the technology is.
Look at back to the future.
People also underestimate how long it takes

the problem is with patents.
like drones.
we could have consumer drones decades ago but it only became available a few years ago because patents.
Nice cigarette
warning this video is too informative
Already in your body.
That's a cool looking ecig
Been hearing about this shit for fricking 10 years now at least. They even built a statue of a carbon nanotube at my school kek
hey guys remember graphene
me neither

Pic needs a trigger warning
Some of us are trying to quit smoking
Good luck anon. It can be done.
I eat a lot of crap and drink a lot of coffee now though
