Apple prevents poor people from buying it's products. To cater to it's rich customers, Apple must ensure it makes high-quality products. Apple is a luxury brand. So it only makes sense that trackpads on MacBooks, after all these years, are still light years ahead of the competition. Maybe try and not be poor. It isn't hard.
I wouldn't know. Maybe it's a question you should ask yourself when you buy your first entry level Apple product, if ever. As for me, I only buy the most expensive top-tier Apple product there is since I'm not some pleb like you.
Poor people cope. You can even finance a ferrari. Only really rich people (like yours truly) can afford luxury brands without having to spend their lifetime paying it back.
>I never used it, because even the crappiest bt mouse is a better option.
then it's not even remotely similar. you need a very good mouse to beat the apple trackpads for comfort and convenience
I have never used a worse trackpad than a mac's, and I've used some shitty trackpads, the one I currently use is pretty garbage, but it has the excuse of old age and excessive use.

turned off noise filtering in synaptics and cursor started to wiggle like i had severe parkinsons
i don't get it, a digitizer that's not a joke would probably cost a few cents more, but nooo
They're so far ahead they're practically behind.
because only Apple makes their own and all the windows companies rely on literal boomer manufacturers like Synapse which will never care to innovate
>literal
this word is over

How the frick do you type without your wrists touching the trackpad?
palm rejection, without the moron monkey behavior that just disables the trackpad if youve touched the keyboard recently
The trackpad ignores wrist input.
Also stop being so fat, typing doesn't require resting your wrists.
>typing doesn't require resting your wrists.
Not if you type with two fingers, no.
Resting your palms while typing is worse for ergonomics regardless of the amount fingers used
Enjoy your RSI
like normal? nothing happens if you touch the trackpad while typing, unlike the wangblows chinkshit garbage that freaks out
you've never tried real trackpads

Is this what poor Apple users think as a coping mechanism?

>apple iphone is analogous to a ferrari
truly braindead
>muh financing
meanwhile 99.9% of Americans finance their education through debt and loans LMFAO
>Apple is a luxury brand
No, it's a status symbol for the average consumer. (only in the US)
Even homeless people have iphones.
>Apple is a luxury brand.
Its true, you're either rich and own a yacht or you're goyfodder embracing an advertising scheme that takes advantage of the stupidity of the masses
they have their own credit card and charge no interest on apple products, these poories are getting locked into their ecosystem for like 30$/week
Vaio notebooks had similar trackpads. I never used it, because even the crappiest bt mouse is a better option.
>I never used it, because even the crappiest bt mouse is a better option.
then it's not even remotely similar. you need a very good mouse to beat the apple trackpads for comfort and convenience
i have a newish apple laptop and i think using the trackpad sucks
doesn't take a great mouse to be a better experience
a trackball is about the only way to come close
Because the competition isn't even trying
i assume they own the patents on all of the best methods.
Because only applegays care about or use trackpads.
better tell me why are the keycaps light years behind an average windows laptop
I have never used a worse trackpad than a mac's, and I've used some shitty trackpads, the one I currently use is pretty garbage, but it has the excuse of old age and excessive use.
Apple is the Rolls Royce of the smartphones, people expect nothing but the best from Apple
>no numpad
trashed
i think the better question is, why are you using a trackpad
I have the m3 macbook pro for work.
The mac touchpad is just as good as the touchpad on my personal lenovo laptop.
Is it supposed to feel like I'm being blown when I use the mac one or something? it's just a fricking touchpad.
liar?
it's glass and all the others are plastic
plus they just use better quality shit
it really is crazy how much better it is though. going back to another trackpad feels like you have dementia
