To think that GitHub doesn’t have any functionality for github repo owners to delete PRs from moronic Black folk in fricking 2024 is hilarious. Oh someone submitted moronic ass shit to your repo? Your cuck ass can only close PR and that shit stain will remain on your repository. Had GH implemented the functionality to delete a PR then we would see closed PRs being meaningful to the version history of the repository but Microsoft is full of moronic streetshitters.

the first one is better because generally but not always, in the english language, the important part of the sentence goes at the end.

In technical writing, you should lead with the part that lets the reader skip the sentence if they don't need the info in it. So here, leading with the 403 error is better because unless you have that error, you don't need this info.

second is better. you don't use compound sentence structure in technical writing unless it's strictly necessary (hint: it never is).

            Anonymous

Incorrect. The most important information needs to be at the front of the statement.

            Anonymous

Are you moronic? Both are compound sentences. Just because one has a comma and the other doesnt', doesn't change that fact. They're the same sentence, just in reverse. You're a terrible technical writer if that's your take on this extremely simple example. Besides, compound sentences are not at all forbidden in technical writing. Some morons peddle this, but technical writing isn't Simple English. And even there you can use compound sentences.

if i was a dev on github i'd simply state that issues aren't watched and you need to send an email to some throwaway account where i could filter things.

That's how you're supposed to phrase commit messages.
Not in the past tense, since the message is meant to answer
          >what does this commit do?
