        >what is wrong with reading YA
They at best are milquetoast reddit nonsense that you get nothing out of except feelgood vibes and at worst make you actively dumber and fill your head with unrealistic expectations of the world
Here is how to write a YA novel:
        >Pick an adjective, generally a colour
        >pick a random noun
For our purposes, let's say the Green Vestibule
        >main character: Mary Sue
        >she struggles to find meaning despite having a very ok life
        >love interest: cool, smart guy who is a bit immature
        >2nd love interest: wild, muscular yet very sensitive guy who respects women absolutely and has no agency whatsoever
        >Action: while doing nothing important in particular, Mary Sue finds this green vestibule that gives her special powers. At random moments in the the book, characters you have never heard of before and who will probably disappear from the story completely after this chapter will tell her how amazing she is, and probably lob a non sequitur at her so she can deliver the chapter's punchline
        >something wrong happens, probably one of the love interests gets mad at her
        >she feels down, but this gives her inner strength
        >the 2 love interests reconcile, make up with her, and they save the world
        >ending is some trite rambling about how life is complicated but always ends well ;))

why is attention so powerful to women?

        Anonymous

It means they're better than other women, which is what they really lust for. They need superiority to other women the same way men need sex. You can give your gf the equivalent of a morphine dose by telling her she's beautiful randomly. It actually hits them like a tangible surge of pleasure to know they are special, the best, prettier than other women, etc. They're addicted to it like crack.

it validates that their tissue is worth reproducing, and if they have kids, that they made the right choice
girls can't fake validation, they don't know the 'fake it until you make it' concept, it's completely up to others to validate their existance

Exactly, they have no inner source of it the way that a man does. Men can transcend social and biological validation by attuning themselves to some transcendent great thing they see themselves as serving or discovering or being part of. They always have that option, and even in anonymous autists it manifests as men creating communities around shared interests. Women can't take an objective interest in anything beyond themselves because ultimately their instincts tell them that they and their womb are all that matters, and they need the world to agree and align with this presupposition.

This is also why no propaganda about women being happy as single careerists without children etc can ever be true. Women who don't have constant re-alignment and re-validation coming from a loving family (children at minimum, but ideally a husband) are sort of like a man who is addicted to heroin, cigarettes, and sex, and can't get any of them, but also can't detox from his addiction so he's just in a constant state of c**ty irritability and irascibility.

I forgot to mention that women can only transcend their biological imperative when it's squared away and taken care of. The real potential of women to care about things beyond themselves, their physical desirability, etc., only comes out after a successful marriage and children. So feminism could still be correct, it's just no one has ever tested it by getting women to acknowledge and accept their biological imperative, have kids and a family, but not see themselves as defined by this forever. Lots of women take up interesting hobbies as the kids get older and start raising themselves and moving out.

Women should enjoy being young beautiful princesses for a few years, have kids, let that drive fade, and then become autonomous adults who can do anything they like. Our current society is trying to sell them that they can live in the feeling of being an 18 year old virgin and the toast of every party forever.

This girl you spoke to is probably way ahead of her classmates anyway for simply reading the plays. >I once talked to a girl who had read nearly all of Shakespeare's plays, and was stunned to find out she read them as if they were Netflix series: only talked about the plot, described this or that character as a 'bitch', an 'idiot', Othello was a 'son of b***h' for killing Desdemona, Hamlet was a 'schizo' and so on, mentioned crying when Romeo and Juliet died, etc.
      >You will laugh and say 'she's got a point, hehe', but that was in fact all she could say about it, in seriousness. I asked her what she thought of Shakespeare's verse, and if she didn't think the structure of Macbeth was more cohesive than that of Othello, and she said she didn't care, what matters is the plot and 'like, uh, the deep questions he explores, dude'.
This is so accurate that it hurts. Had the same experience with a girl that i used to talk to (my ex-gf) and was, apparently, into literature, so i obviously recommended some books and at the end of the day she read them all and had nothing to say about them besides surface level commentary. It's really unfortunate, but they aren't equal to us on an intellectual level, so we shouldn't even bother to seek for something like that, like OP is trying to do. They're only as useful as their bodies allows them to be

        >women are different thus le bad
Bravo. It is amazing how people don't realize this, I noticed that on the kindergarten and kept on it. It is so simple and obvious, right? We must be geniuses, there is no other explanation.

There is no way this is the case, it is definitely some conspiracy. Someone co-opted media and academia to fool people into that women are able to do things that they are clearly unable to do. This is probably the Chinese government plan to weaken the west.

Yeah right, imagine a girl ruling boys playing. There is no way this could possibly work.

They are bad when it comes to literature. It is a fruitless search, like you said, women are not able to think certain things.

I don't think it's possible for women to understand Hamlet as a character. They can understand the external manifestations of his character as set out on the page by Shakespeare, but can never identify with the soul and essence of the character. Hamlet is the real femfilter.

I found the other night in an art student pub. I got her instagram and we are going to go book shopping next week. It's not over bros, you just need to have a conversation and find common interests, and when you get talking on social media always do a book swap so you can discuss your favourite books together. Godspeed to all of you.

I tried reading a woman focused romance book my gf at the time was reading. I forced myself to read the absolutely horrible cringe. The things women want would be sexual assault outright if the man was anything but extremely attractive (which takes about a page to describe his appearance.) When women complain about men writing female characters, holy frick they have no idea how horrible female authors write the "knight in shining armor." It's amazing to me that the male lead will straight up choose the mid girl out of all her super attractive frenemies by kissing her within 5 minutes of meeting her in front of everyone, claiming her as his. That shit only happens when the two are black out drunk at a party. It was one of the worst things i have ever done for love, and i don't recommend it at fricking all. If you go out on a date with a girl and you find out she reads, ask her what she reads and she doesn't want to tell you, run the frick away cause it's more than likely cowboy romance.

Dating attractive men who probably don't read, like all attractive women. I.e., not you.

They’re out in the world looking for men that aren’t you.
I play female characters because I like to look at a female ass when it’s 99% of the gameplay. It was my first redpill experience to be absolutely carried in WoW, given free shit, gold, simps would walk me through dungeons, it was just nuts. I didn’t have to do shit either. I didn’t RP, no pretending to be a girl, though many must have assumed I was. Literally easy mode in vidya, and in life as it turns out.

hahaha i used to say this all the time til i got bored of saying it, yeah this is 100% of the female protagonist in videogames and movies.

on topic though, esthar villar very much agrees.
