Were there any developed and complex pre-Columbian civilization in Brazil?

Civilization as you define it existed only in Mexico and Peru, most of America was vastly inferior to Subsaharan Africa technologically, in fact even the Mesoamericans were inferior to Bantus in most ways

I'm obviously not referring to America as a whole. I know the Amazon and the north American steppes for example were about as ordinary as what you'd find in SSA. But you still didn't have massive and powerful empires like the Aztec and Incan empires in black Africa

Why didn't they have huge kingdoms with densely populated areas? Where are the impressive structures? Self-developped scripts? etc

        >I know the Amazon and the north American steppes for example were about as ordinary as what you'd find in SSA
Bantus were Iron Age and were able to build permanent settlements and fortifications, most Amerindians were Neolithic and stuck with strawhuts

Bantu(and general Niger-Congo) metallurgy mogged Mesoamericans massively, if the Malian transatlantic mission actually succeeded they would've roflstomped the place

Those are all in agreement with traditional American/Colonial race definitions, except possibly Ethiopia which is of course complicated

those colonial definitions are outdated. I am Habesha and I am not "white". I don't consider identify with "black" either.

    Innovations come from necessity.
They apparently didn't really need much in terms of innovations.
Evidently living on bare necessities was sufficient enough.
Africa exemplifies how little we need survive and have a society with culture.

You can't farm on most of the jungle soil of Africa. So there's no African equivalent to wheat, rice or corn. This is why agriculture and big civilizations never gained momentum.

Was more thinking about West Africa and everything beneath the Sahara. But you're right. I checked it and it's said to have originated and been used in Ethiopia, which also has a cultural history dating back to antiquity.

Blacks are White, when Europeans cease to exist and the Asians begin their racial domination of the world it will be the Black Africans that begin the second great Bantu march which will double as the second wave of the Faustian mind (The West) against The East.

If youŕe able to provide evidence to the contrary, Iĺl come up with some narrative for how they were secretly white all along.

Yeah I'm sure Nubia was just a couple of spearchuckers fighting over goats. Why make threads like this if you're not looking for any actual insight? No matter what argument people provide you shoot it down by regurgitating the same points lol. Keep moving goalposts man

        And still Black Africans.

Merina as well. They're half Austronesian

Still African with a ton of African influence and admixture from various from coastal African groups. Not sure how Malagasy being mixed disqualifies thrm.

Why haven't Europeans or Asians developed a "complex and advanced civilization" for 190,000 years of their existence? Most likely for similar reasons.
