I've applied for countless jobs but just gave up after a while after getting rejected from the most entry level shit
No way would anyone hire me when they could just hire an 18yo who can be legally paid less
Decided to just collect as much benefits as I could and then put it into crypto, I could make more with benefits than I would if I worked minimum wage, it's stupid

The obvious answer is that it's seen as unsightly. HR roasties assume you've been playing the role of the homeless bum for those whatever length of time those gaps entail

I have a 2 year gap between college and my current job that I've worked 3 years at. If I put on my resume that I've worked at my current job for 5 years, can that come back to bite me?

Nah I did this. No one ever called to check, no one cared that much. I stretched things as much as 3-4 years without issue

11 year gap but still managed to get hired last year, to be fair I wasn't doing nothing the entire 11 years, did some freelance for the first 6 years or so and just told them I freelanced the whole time.

One reason I'd be concerned is that it means the person can quit sometime after being hired. If the gap was due to health issues, pursuing a passion project, fricking off innawoods, etc.

That's how jobs work. No one stays in the same position for life anymore. It's a temporary contract not a permanent commitment. Get a grip.

The reason you goyim are not hirable is because you want some 100k plus job.
Just get a forklift license or work at mcdonalds. Thats where you belong with your mental illnesses and 10+ years of being unemployed

Simply because if you're stupid enough to not just make up something believable to fill the gap then you're not worth hiring.

Unexplained gaps suggest that you may have left the matrix for a while and are in need of re-conditioning.

I've had periods where I NEET for 2 to 3 years between jobs, it's like giving myself a little vacation. But never admit that you were NEETing during an interview. On my resume I put down that during that time I was working for some bullshit charity or that I started my own company with a friend and then decided to break off and do my own thing. It helps to have friends who you can provide as "references" who are willing to play the role of a former boss/associate if the HR roasties ever call. Roasties don't usually call though because they're useless at their job. Hope this helps and happy NEETing.

Because humans use the judgement of other humans as a proxy for our own judgement, this has evolutionary advantages for the species as it reduces the amount of redundant decision making work.
Having a gap in your resume implies that other employers rejected your application during this time, thus future employers instinctively also lean toward rejecting it.

I just left my old job like I'm still working and I'm going to pretend I'm still working if someone asks. It's been like 5 months only though and I'm getting 60% of my full salary till end of November.
If someone notices a gap or whatnot I'll just start with a sarcastic/dissapoointed smile and say I tried to open my own business and it went nowhere.

It's something that happened in the past and you can't change it in the present which means women can use it as a weapon against you.
