no, reporting and solving the captcha doesn't work.
In the same page of reporting, click on rules, go to the top of the page and click IQfy, pick any board and reply to any post, when you click get captcha the cloudflare captcha will appear and after solving it you can post as usual (it doesn't appear in my phone because I have already solved the captcha)
You sometimes have to click the reload button while posting but that seems like a Kuroba bug
