I grew up with windows XP and I gotta say it's pretty damn ugly
It looks like a Fisherprice toy with the default theme
This theme looks better but still meh
Windows 95 and 98 on the other hand were pure SOVL
I had dos > 95 > 98 > ME > 2000 > XP > Vista
XP was by far the best til 7. I came across a pc still running 95 that got tossed out by a hospital a few years back, used it for a couple mins and decided linux would be a much better experience.
Hey bros, can i get the red-pill on windows XP? Is it better than Linux? Equal to Linux? I'm on Linux Ubuntu Mint atm and it's awesome but I don't have any loyalty. Will I be able to get ALL the software I need (any software) if I switch to windows XP? Is anyone making a Service package 5 for the x64 edition?
XP is perfectly useable on hardware from 2014 and earlier with software from 2014 and earlier. If you need modern programs you're gonna have problems. Basically the only way you'll get them is if somebody's ported them or if the devs are really dedicated to legacy support. Vlc and openoffice still support XP, and yt-dlp, basilisk, palemoon, firefox, and chromium have ports.
XP x64 edition is actually a different OS and uses the server 2003 codebase. It only has two service packs, but you can slipstream the rest of tge updates into the iso before installation.
anyone happen to have the F32.ima for sata drivers during XP install? i misplaced mine and can't find a download anywhere.
I like the SIlver and the Olive Green themes better than the default. I think they're easier on the eyes.
Wow, it looks slightly worse than the normal (ugly) theme.
normal is aesthetic and iconic, you're just too brown to appreciate the white mans creation
Oh boy, heckin iconic? It looks better than what came after but it's still nasty.
>heckin iconic
yep
>Not using Dark Luna theme
pleb
For me, it's Opus OS.
>r kelly ignition (remix)
id pay someone 50 dollars to port it to Windows 10
Wallpaper?
For me, it's Royale

>hourly baby duck cope thread
For me it was royal noir.
always hated that the start button went dark green instead of grey when toggled, but the og dark mode was best.

Is anything going to come of the source code leak?
I prefer installing Windowsblinds and installing the shittiest flash theme with the most effects to kill my shitty GPU
for me it was the green one
