as far as i can understand what xManager does is that it runs bunch of patch modules to remove ads from YouTube app and adds all the goodies like download videos, isolate audio only etc. Last time i used it it was like December of 23'.

Enjoy yourself. 5 years ago you could crack YouTube music app to even download (in cache) music your playlists. It was Youtube Premium - with no subscription. Nowadays you can’t do that, only ads removed

The latest version works fine on my phone.
It's not gone at all. I just had to get a new apk, patch it, and install gmscore. I find it to be a slight hassle to go through this once in awhile but it's worth it for as much use as I get out of the app. I just use whatever version I patch until it stops working. I've only had to change it out twice since I moved from the last version of vanced to revanced.
