Pajeet tutorials that are more complicated than typing sfc /scannow into cmd are always a mystery meat.
You should have done your independent study instead of trusting shitskins blindly.

Who's the bigger pajeet? The pajeet, or the pajeet who follows him?

Windows paths are messy due of CMD's parsing being unnecessary complex, you always shoud triple check whenever you're using them right. Next time, use a tool like iObit unlocker or Nircmd's sdelete instead. Why didn't you backup any of it anyways? 15GBs off any free hosting service should've been enough for a few thousand memes.

Well, now you know why we have backups.
If you know you are lazy about SSD maintenance, get some USB WD HDD (not those crappy Easystore variety, though), or whatever kind of external drive you are comfortable with.

there are programs that can recover deleted files, they are pretty consistent as long as you don't save or download anything afterwards*

*doing nearly anything causes something to be saved or downloaded, including downloading the recovery utility

You can also use recovery software like linus tech tips used in his most recent video. I think he used systemrescueCD in his 10 weird versions of linux video.

i would also highly recommend systemrescuecd for any repair/recovery application
      - has all the tools you might need available ootb
      - can run from ram
      - ships with an optional xfce4 desktop with firefox available
      - fairly small image still, doesn't quite fit on a cd anymore, but i don't think many people need a cd nowadays anyway

This reminds me of a recent project where I was looking for a solution to pass-through devices to a windows machine. Halfway through the "tutorial" video the pajeet explains:
    >"Oh kay, the next step is to go this website and download this installer. Your anti-virus will flag this program as malware - don't worry about that. It is safe, just click OK"
