Windows paths are messy due of CMD's parsing being unnecessary complex, you always shoud triple check whenever you're using them right. Next time, use a tool like iObit unlocker or Nircmd's sdelete instead. Why didn't you backup any of it anyways? 15GBs off any free hosting service should've been enough for a few thousand memes.

You can also use recovery software like linus tech tips used in his most recent video. I think he used systemrescueCD in his 10 weird versions of linux video.
i would also highly recommend systemrescuecd for any repair/recovery application

- fairly small image still, doesn't quite fit on a cd anymore, but i don't think many people need a cd nowadays anyway
