>What's "deserved" if he's fulfilling the master plan for God's new covenant?
The sentence that He was given was undeserved, He was not rightfully punished. >Juda's death is undeserved. He was a pawn of fate.
Spotted the c*lvinist.
Fulfilling God's plan isn't the same as deserving to die. >Juda's death is undeserved. He was a pawn of fate.
Judas deserved to die, he chose to be a loser (opposing Christ) and killed himself like a loser.
>Jesus doesn’t get unjustly punished >Everyone goes to hell
Because they have massive cognitive dissonance and start from the point of the Bible being an authoritative historical document. Spoiler: it’s not.

I'm sorry that real historians don't see your quasi-conspiratorial view of the Bible as reliable, anon.

Why do we need such a source? Why can't the Christian sources sufice? That's the problem with you people, you immadiately disregard the NT as a valid source of historical information from the get go for absolutely no reason.

It definitely does not, illiterate immigrant.
By your logic Muhammad didn't exist either, or Julius Caesar.
What's the "source" we have for Julius Ceaser that we don't have of Jesus?
Prove to me that anything written down 2000 years ago actually happened.

First of all, your knee-jerk whataboutism is really not reassuring.
In the second place, Julius Caesar left behind a couple of works, including the famous De Bello Gallico, and his direct descendant (Octavian) went to found the Empire. His historicity is much harder to doubt, compared to Jesus

Nta but how do you know any of that is true?

The Church has a clear interest in having you believe Jesus actually existed.
Who would ever have an interest in fabricating Caesar's historicity?

Sucks to suck.

Modern scholarship disagrees with you.
