electricity is lighter than air so it floats upwards which means it moves quicker from the bottom to the components above the PSU.
That's completely unrelated to enclosed PSU dood. The best placement would be where an extractor is to reject the hot air out of the case, and where it doesn't block any component. So it depends primarily of the case.
It doesn't really matter, but I prefer bottom because that lowers the center of gravity and makes it harder to topple the case should someone or something run into it.
This. A good quality PSU means it's going to be on the heavier side, so it just makes sense.

heat rises so have it at the top. having the PSU at the bottom directly under your GPU RAM and CPU is moronic as its just heating them up unnecessarily.

Yes it still does, just not as much as when there is no air circulation. PSU needs to be on the bottom, but not below the GPU or PSU.
It technically does, but if you have even one fan moving air in the case, it completely nullifies warm air naturally rising.

At the bottom but lift your case up a bit and build/install a tray filter you can quickly remove and clean because the PSU sucks dust like mad.
The con of putting it at the top is it hinders 240mm radiator placement and practically makes 360mm impossible. That's why most consumer/end-user-oriented/"gamer" cases have the PSU at the bottom, to keep those options open. And sure, you could do something moronic like put it in the front, but then it blocks your drives, or at best blows hot air over them.
There's no pro unless you're an absolute cheapskate and won't spring for case fans, in which case the PSU acts as an extra exhaust fan. That's why most mass produced PCs used to put it at the top, because they could save $3 on an exhaust fan.

Outside of it, ideally, basically on top. But most people don't rock open cases. Your aio radiator should also mount external to the case, and the case should be left open.
Bottom is better because there's more room there.
If you mount it on top, you're going to have clearance issues with cpu heatsings and any top mounting hardware(radiators/fans).
